1. About Us

POORAV TECHNOLOGIES is an IT services provider offering website development, design, hosting assistance, and related digital solutions.

2. Scope of Services

The scope of work will be strictly limited to the services agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Website design & development
Basic deployment and setup
Limited post-delivery support (if mentioned)

        Any additional features, changes, or upgrades requested after project approval
        may involve extra charges and extended timelines.
    

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client must provide the following without delay:

Complete and accurate website content
Logos, images, and branding materials
Domain and hosting access (if applicable)
Timely feedback and approvals

4. Website Delivery Timeline

Website delivery within 7 working days is applicable only after receiving all required information and approvals from the client.

Delays caused due to incomplete information, late responses, or changes requested by the client will void the 7-day delivery commitment.

5. Payments & No Refund Policy

All payments made to POORAV TECHNOLOGIES are final and non-refundable.

Once the project has started, resources, time, and manpower are allocated. Therefore, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, delays, or change of mind.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final website content. POORAV TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

POORAV TECHNOLOGIES shall not be held responsible for:

Business losses or revenue loss
Third-party service issues (hosting, domain, email)
Security breaches beyond reasonable control

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in unlawful activity.

9. MSME Registration

POORAV TECHNOLOGIES is registered under the MSME scheme of the Government of India.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

11 Hosting Charges

Customer Have to Pay the Hosting Charges Monthly/Yearly Through UPI Payment Option. We will Provide a Invoice to Customer from POORAV TECHNOLOGIES of Paid Invoice.If Customer is Fail to pay the Due on Time than we will charge Invoice Amount+30% Late Fee Charges Additionally. We have a Right to Suspend the Website or delete the Website from Internet If Customer is not Responding to Message and other communication Processes on Time This Leads to Permanent Suspension of Website We request all Customers that Kindly Follow the Guidelines to avoid any consequences.
